Many people love to travel.

- Don’t travel just yet, go when you are really recovered. You can always postpone a trip. When the body is weak physically and mentally it is just right to move your trip. Taking it easy does not necessarily mean limiting yourself to activities. It simply means do some activities that won’t exhaust you. Work at your own pace. Listen to your body, rest when you need to and stop exerting so much effort.
